ALERTA TORO de VEGA: mensagem aos parlamentares espanhóis na União Européia

Com a atitude mantida até aqui pelas autoridades de Tordesillas, que preferem IGNORAR os insistentes pedidos mundiais de CANCELAMENTO da chacina de Aflijido, no ritual bárbaro denominado Toro de la Vega, no próximo dia 13 de setembro, só nos resta escrever para toda a representação diplomática da Espanha mundo afora.
Para informá-los textualmente de que a Espanha sofrerá uma retaliação em termos de seu turismo e de sua economia, como consequência da psicopatia e arrogância daquele que vem preferindo ignorar os clamores mundias.
Não é mais possível que, em pleno século XXI, um homem tenha o poder desafiar o que já se tornou uma nova consciência ética mundial.
POR FAVOR, nos ajudem a dar este importante passo em direção ao final da tauromarquia, excrecência anacrônica que ainda se mantêm em muitos locais e das quais o Toro de Vega seja o exemplo mais ultrajante.
FURAR um animal até a morte, depois de perseguí-lo pelas ruas de uma cidade, NÃO é mais uma opção.

Como ciudadano del mundo, me sumo a la petición de la Asociación JUSTICIA ANIMAL solicitando la aplicación de la Ley Orgánica 1/1992, de 21 de febrero, sobre Protección de la Seguridad Ciudadana que artículo 3 establece:
"2. Corresponde, asimismo, al Ministerio del Interior la planificación, coordinación y control generales de la seguridad de las personas, edificios, instalaciones, actividades y objetos de especial interés, proponiendo o disponiendo la adopción de las medidas, o la aprobación de las normas que sean necesarias".

Y en SECCIÓN II. ESPECTÁCULOS PÚBLICOS Y ACTIVIDADES RECREATIVAS en su artículo 8 dispone:

"1.Todos los espectáculos y actividades recreativas de carácter público quedarán sujetos a las medidas de policía administrativa que dicte el Gobierno, en atención a los fines siguientes:
a) Garantizar la seguridad ciudadana frente a los riesgos que, para las personas o sus bienes, se puedan derivar del comportamiento de quienes organicen un espectáculo o actividad recreativa, participen en ellos o los presencien.",

Se debe informar a las Comunidad Autónomas de la irregularidad de las autorizaciones para los encierros y toros de campo, insistiendo, por la proximidad de su celebración, en el Toro de la Vega autorizado por la Junta de Castilla y León.
